Brand building · Fitness & wellness

I build fitness brands
from zero.

Concept, positioning, what to publish and why, every script, the funnel underneath and the numbers on top. I structure all of it, so nobody is ever guessing what to make next. The founder shows up and performs.

Everything I have built adds up to more than 10 million followers, over two billion views, and millions of dollars in revenue for the businesses behind them. Across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. I have been building brands like this for fifteen years.

2 Billion+Views generated
10 Million+Followers generated
35+Accounts built
5Businesses

Five businesses, each built for a different audience, on the platform that audience actually lives on.

What I handle

All of it, in this order

( 01 )

The research What the category already sounds like, who else is competing for the same attention, and the opening nobody is standing in yet.

( 02 )

The concept Who the brand is for, what it stands against, and the one thing it says that nobody else in the category is saying.

( 03 )

The look The visual world the brand lives in. What it looks like, what it feels like, and what it never looks like, held to the same standard in every piece.

( 04 )

What to publish, and why The content plan, the formats, the posting rhythm. Every piece exists to do a job, not to fill a calendar.

( 05 )

Every script Word for word, fact-checked, written to be read on camera by someone who is not a performer.

( 06 )

Direction Finding the version of them that works on camera, which is almost always the one they already are off it. The job is to get that out, not to hand anyone a character to play.

( 07 )

Production Everything is made to a structure I set, and I approve it before it goes out. Whoever is holding the camera already knows exactly what the piece has to do.

( 08 )

Distribution Knowing exactly who a piece is talking to, and how that person needs to be talked to. The same idea lands differently depending on who is watching and why they showed up, so it is said differently in each place.

( 09 )

The funnel Where the attention goes once it exists, wired to whatever the business actually sells.

( 10 )

The numbers Read weekly against the metric that matters to the business, not the one that looks good in a screenshot. What the numbers say is what the next month publishes.

( 03 )Start here

One brand at a time.

That is the only way the work stays good, so the first conversation is mostly me asking questions.
